Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login details secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected breach, fraud, or security risk.

3) Entertainment-only social casino

• The Service is for entertainment and social gameplay only. It is not real-money gambling.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered or awarded.
• Virtual coins/currency/credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or items of real-world value, and are non-transferable.
• Any paid features are purchases of entertainment access; they do not create a right to redeem, cash-out, or transfer virtual items.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automated play (bots), or interfering with the Service.
• Harassment, hateful content, illegal content, or infringing others’ rights.
• Attempting to buy/sell/transfer accounts or virtual currency/items.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing access controls.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, software, and content are owned by or licensed to SweepsSphere Limited and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful entertainment purposes.

6) Service changes & availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including virtual currency balances, items, or features) at any time to maintain, improve, comply with law, or prevent misuse.

7) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by New Zealand law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of virtual items/currency. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.

8) Disputes & governing law

If you have an issue, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
